The process included poster design, social media posts, window wrap and interior wall graphics.
According to line up the style with the brand image, I had a meeting with the new franchisees to discuss what design they like.

According to the rendering images, the overall design adopts a dark wood palette with deep-toned furnishings. To introduce contrast and visual interest, a specific area within the store was intentionally brightened using a vivid yellow accent. This approach helps to create a focal point while balancing the otherwise subdued environment.
Geisha and Sumo are iconic figures in Japanese culture. Incorporating these elements helps to further emphasize the store’s strong traditional aesthetic.
